Since 1999, Christine has supported individuals and families in planning for the future and carrying out their wishes—from early-life decisions through end-of-life care. In her work, she serves as a dedicated advocate, representing her clients’ healthcare and financial interests with clarity, compassion, and integrity.
Before founding Sacca Fiduciary, Christine held roles in hospice, palliative care, clinical genetics, and marketing. This blend of experience now informs her work as a private professional fiduciary, enabling her to navigate complex systems and support clients with both technical expertise and deep empathy.
With more than 20 years of collaborative experience alongside families and healthcare providers, she understands the practical challenges and emotional complexities that can arise when managing important life and financial decisions.
“I frequently meet clients who feel overwhelmed by complexity or exhausted by the emotional weight of trying to manage everything—executing legal documents, planning for end-of-life choices, administering estates, accessing healthcare, addressing family dynamics, evaluating assisted living, hiring support, and more. Most people simply haven’t had to do this before—how could they? I have. So, I begin with active listening and building trust. I take the time to understand the unique challenges my clients are facing. Only after I understand can I truly be of service.”
Christine has extensive experience coordinating care for clients with complex and multifaceted healthcare needs and maintains a focused expertise in supporting individuals throughout the Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) process.
Christine earned her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York, studied at The Citadel Graduate College in South Carolina and completed the Professional Fiduciary Management program for Trustees and Conservators at California State University, Fullerton.
She lives in San Diego.
